Ordering Details
Twisted Gobos charges $95.00 (CDN) for a glass, black and white Gobo as per samples shown in our website or an “Upload a Design” Gobo. We can also design a “Custom-Made” glass Gobo starting at $149.99. We can also adjust your graphics in most ways to achieve your final design if required. Cost for this service starts at $50.00. Please provide full details of your design request. Orders received last minute (required within 24 hrs) will be charged an additional $50.00 for this rush service. And if you wish to have your company name engraved on the metal ring (for B size Gobos), pricing starts at $7.50 per piece (single).
Our preferred carrier is Canada Post. If you have a different carrier you would prefer, please email us and we will advise you what the shipping charges will be. Twisted Gobos charges a flat shipping fee of $24 to Canadian locations for 1 to 4 Gobos and $35 to Canadian locations for 5 to 8 Gobos. For larger quantities we will quote the shipping prior to invoicing. Twisted Gobos will not ship to PO Boxes, and as such, you must have a real physical address to order from us. All orders are ground shipped using standard shipping. Estimated times are 1-2 business days for Alberta, and 1-6 business days for other provinces and USA. You may request faster shipping of your product for an additional cost. If you wish to do this, please email us with your request. Addresses that are beyond the normal delivery range of any Carrier will be assessed extra shipping if required. We will advise you at the time of your order if this is the case.
Typically your Gobo(s) will be ready to ship within 1 working day once your complete order is received and processed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You will then be able to go to the carrier’s website and check for tracking updates.
Twisted Gobos accepts payment through E-Transfer only. Please be sure to provide your exact shipping address, email address and telephone number. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Orders are processed upon receipt and verification of payment. We do not take deposits and therefore 100% of the payment is required prior to processing your order.
Twisted Gobos will not be responsible for any damages during shipment. The customer must inspect the package for signs of tampering or damage before accepting delivery. Once the package is accepted, and there is damage to the product(s), the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the Carrier.
We will manufacture your gobo(s) based on the information you provide to us. Consequently, if you give us incorrect information and you find out that your Gobo will not fit into your projector, we cannot and will not be liable for this error.
Product Details
Our Gobos are made from Schott Borofloat 33 glass. Our standard stock is 1.1 mm thick, however we do stock some Gobo’s in 0.7 mm thickness. All of our Gobos’s are full diameter glass. If you require a metal ring mounted to your Gobo, please contact us prior to placing your order.
All of our current stock of glass is sized at the full diameter of a standard Glass Gobo. We can also add a donut/adaptor ring for a metal-only holder if required (size “B”). Please contact our office prior to placing your order to check stock and/or availability.
We accept Gobo designs in the following vector formats: .ai OR .eps as they provide the best results. However we can also accept graphics in Raster format depending on the graphics provided. Please contact us prior to placing your order so we can confirm your Raster graphic compatibility.
Our customers receive one free proof and any subsequent proofs (due to customer graphic changes), are charged at $5 per proof.
